Technical Manager // Network & Security // Radmik Solutions

Six years inside Malaysia's Public Sector Data Centre — from night-shift NOC monitoring to owning the network and security architecture that keeps federal services online. Today I also lead managed AWS cloud services across ten federal agency engagements.

About

I keep critical government infrastructure running — quietly, and without incident.

I joined Radmik Solutions in September 2019 as a NOC Technical Assistant, watching alerts on a 24/7 shift roster. Six years later I am Technical Manager for Network & Security, accountable for the design, hardening and uptime of the network fabric behind the Pusat Data Sektor Awam (PDSA) under Jabatan Digital Negara.

The work sits where three disciplines meet. Network engineering — Cisco ACI fabrics, NX-OS, spine-leaf and legacy three-tier topologies. Security — next-generation firewalls, intrusion prevention, micro-segmentation, vulnerability assessment and incident response. And cloud — managed AWS services delivered to federal agencies, from migration planning through to billing governance and certified training.

I am also the last line of escalation. When a ticket has defeated Tier 1 and Tier 2, it reaches me — and the expectation is root cause, not a workaround. That discipline shapes how I lead the resident engineers and technical assistants I mentor, and how I report status to government stakeholders who need the technical reality in plain language.
